The United Women in Business Foundation (UWIB) is a non-profit 501C3 organization that is devoted to the professional and personal development for women across all industries. UWIB’s community provides women with opportunities to access and develop the tools, network, and confidence necessary to feel empowered in their path to personal and professional discovery.

In celebration of Black History Month, we are hosting this event: Unity in Diversity: Celebrating Black Heritage. This virtual event embodies the essence of Black History Month by highlighting the rich tapestry of black culture, breaking barriers & ceilings, history, and achievements while emphasizing the unity found within diversity. UWIB would like to honor the contributions of African American individuals, specifically women at this event, acknowledge their struggles, and celebrate their resilience.

Through this event, we aim to foster understanding, appreciation, and solidarity among all attendees, regardless of their background, in commemorating and championing black heritage.

This yearly exclusive event will bring awareness of building your self confidence and the tools to become highly confident, effective, and learning to do the inner work. Nayoka Simone will provide networking and team building sessions with Guest Speaker Yureesh who will promote motivatial coaching and team building exercises. As we develop with a new beginning you must pivot and have a clear mind personally.
